Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and online platforms.
- Promote and pitch our full suite of services, including IT, digital marketing, advertising, and AI solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand service capabilities and align them with client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in IT, digital marketing, or advertising sectors.
- Excellent understanding of digital services including SEO, online advertising, software development, and AI.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
