Business Development Manager

 We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our expansion strategy, identify high-value opportunities, and build strong, strategic alliances in the pharmaceutical space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including product in-licensing, partnerships, and portfolio expansions
  • Lead market assessments, competitor analysis, and commercial viability studies across targeted clusters
  • Manage the end-to-end BD process — from opportunity screening to negotiations and closing
  • Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
  • Support the leadership team in expanding Maddox’s footprint across MENA, Asia, and CIS
  • Maintain strong relationships with local partners, manufacturers, and key stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical BD
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical business development (generics or branded)
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and healthcare systems across multiple regions
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple international stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial drive.
  • Fluent in English ; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus.
