Business Development Manager

  • Growing and developing clients through sales analysis and implementing specific strategies. Expand company's customer base with strong presence.
  • Building strategic relationships with major customers & delivering high values to customers with an objective to have loyal and long-lasting customer.
  • Achieving sales targets by successfully coordinating with the sales team
  • Being a central, pivotal point of contact for the Key Accounts
  • Driving alignment within the whole organization to implement a customer-based mode of operation for delivering the highest quality of services
  • Champion and own the account on the following aspects: product knowledge through training, product usage & recommendation, high visibility of products
  • Implement and manage strategic commercial/ partnership programme with customers
  • Identify new opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • ·Study competitor products & activities. Prepare comparison tables/charts for the sales team
  • Prepare timely action plan and reports
  • Prepare sales forecast and present monthly reports to the management team
  • Coordinating with marketing team on customer data management, run promotional campaigns
  • Promoting the organization and products in events, exhibitions etc
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in Veterinary industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drives business growth, and
  • achieves sales targets.
  • · Ability to work independently and as part of team in a fast-paced environment.
  • · Must have UAE driver’s license
