FixIt is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager / Leader to drive growth, strategize expansion, and lead innovative initiatives across our services. This is an extremely urgent requirement for a proactive and motivated professional ready to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the growth and strategic direction of FixIt.
• Bring in new clients and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships.
• Lead digitalization initiatives across FixIt’s services.
• Execute innovative ideas to enhance service delivery and market presence.
• Support expansion efforts and talent acquisition as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to drive results with proactive and enthusiastic leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Mandatory: Leadership experience and prior experience working with or at manpower companies.

Essential Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management qualities.
• Growth-oriented mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Tech-savvy and willing to adopt new tools.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the manpower industry is an advantage.

Language Requirements:

• English (mandatory)
• Arabic, Malayalam/Tamil (ideal)
