Sales Manager (F&B)

Manama, Bahrain

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Arabic Speaker

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

· Identify and secure new business opportunities from corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

· Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

· Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales objectives.

· Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, special offers, and seasonal packages.

· Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

· Handle group reservations, corporate events, banquets, and private dining inquiries.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Qualifications:

1. Education and Experience:

· Preferably bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in hotel sales industry, with at least 2-3 years of experience.

2. Skills and Competencies:

· Customer-focused and service-oriented.

· Results-driven with strong business acumen.

· Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.

· Team player with leadership qualities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Personal Qualities:

· Goal-oriented and results-driven.

· Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment

· Customer-focused mindset

4. Others:

· Willingness to travel as needed

· Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.

· Valid driver’s license.
