Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our IT infrastructure solutions portfolio. The role will focus on identifying opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and positioning our solutions in IT Hardware Maintenance and Facility Management Services. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with exceptional sales and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities  Business Growth and Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in IT infrastructure solutions.

Develop go-to-market strategies to expand market presence and revenue share.

Client Engagement, Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, IT heads, and decision-makers.

Sales & Revenue Management  Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closure. Partner with OEMs, technology vendors, and channel partners to enhance solution offerings.

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive positioning.

Provide insights to management for solution roadmap and business planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
