Business Development Manager

1. Sales Strategy and Implementation:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve hospital revenue goals.

· Identify and approach potential corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral networks for partnerships.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.

2. Marketing and Branding:

· Design and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote hospital services.

· Oversee content creation for advertisements, brochures, social media, and the hospital website.

· Organize community outreach programs, health camps, and awareness drives to build brand visibility.

3. Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.

· Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and concerns to enhance satisfaction.

· Regularly engage with referral partners to strengthen the hospital’s referral network.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and patient needs.

· Provide insights to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.

5. Team Leadership:

· Recruit, train, and manage the sales and marketing team.

· Set performance targets and provide coaching to ensure team success.

6. Budget Management:

· Plan and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.

· Track expenditures and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Skills:

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

· Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws.
