Omini Operations Pvt Ltd is a growing agency specializing in Digital Marketing, Shopify Services, Software Development, and Comprehensive Customer Support (Chat & Call). We are looking for a passionate and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, and other B2B platforms.

• Identify, pitch, and close clients in the Digital Marketing, Shopify, Software Development, and Customer Support niches.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with project execution.

• Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market trends.


Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Fiverr.

• Prior experience working with clients in Digital Marketing, Shopify, Software Development, and Customer Support.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Full-time availability (On-Site).
