Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• +5 years Proven experience in Business Development and Sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
