Business Development Manager – B2B Gifting

Location: Bahrain-based

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our B2B gifting

business, with a sharp focus on securing corporate and institutional clients. The role centers

around strategic relationship-building and sales generation, particularly during the

Ramadan season

This is a role for a natural networker with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure corporate clients across sectors (banks, corporates,

institutions, luxury hospitality, and government).

  • Develop tailored gifting solutions that align with client needs and elevate the Bateel

brand.

  • Drive business development initiatives with a focus on Ramadan and seasonal gifting

campaigns.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers to generate repeat and

long-term business.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client

orders.

  • Exceed annual sales targets and deliver measurable growth in the B2B channel.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or luxury/FMCG business

development.

  • Strong network of corporate contacts in Bahrain
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a hunter mindset.
  • High energy, self-driven, and results-oriented personality.
  • Ability to thrive under seasonal pressure and deliver exceptional results, especially

during Ramadan.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD500.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
