Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new freight forwarding business (air, ocean, and ground).
  • Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, and customer service) to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
