Business Development Manager – Closures

Location: Madhya Pradesh / West Bengal / Gujarat / Odisha / Kerala (Training in Hyderabad)

Employment Type: Full-time (6 months probation)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic BDM to lead our Closures Team , driving revenue by converting qualified leads into enrolled learners. You will manage a team of BDEs and Team Leads, ensure high closure rates, and optimize the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end closure process and maximize conversions.
  • Manage and coach BDEs/TLs on consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Implement structured closure SOPs, pitch scripts, and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Analyze funnel performance and forecast revenue.
  • Collaborate with Demo and other teams for seamless lead handover.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years in B2C Sales / Business Development (EdTech or high-ticket B2C preferred).
  • Proven team management experience with revenue target achievement.
  • Strong sales acumen, closing expertise, and consultative approach.
  • Excellent communication in English + regional language (Hindi / Gujarati / Odia / Malayalam / Bengali).
  • Target-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
