Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our invitation team BDAs . In this role, you will oversee a team of TLs & BDAs responsible for engaging with potential learners/parents, qualifying leads, and inviting them to attend office demos or career guidance sessions.You will ensure that every generated lead is nurtured effectively and translated into high-quality walk-ins for our sales team, directly impacting conversion and revenue growth.
Employment Type : 6 months probation + Full-time
