Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of travel and expense technology, ideally with experience in travel technology solutions, SaaS sales, and solution-based selling. This role is focused on driving new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and positioning Travog as the preferred travel and expense management solution for corporates across the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Travogs Travel & Expense solutions across the Middle East.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and demonstrate how Travog adds value through technology and cost optimization.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement teams, and finance leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align sales strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and achieve/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to position Travog effectively.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in business development or sales within travel technology, expense management, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel and expense management processes.
  • Proven track record in solution-based selling and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong network within the corporate travel and/or technology ecosystem in the Middle East is a plus.
