United SEO Marketing Group is actively seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager specialising in Website design and Branding. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, as well as the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet clients' specific requirements, including website designs, branding, and social media services.

Present and pitch company products and services to potential clients, addressing their concerns and objections.

Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and build a strong professional network.


Skills and Experience:


Proven experience in business development or a related role, preferably within the digital

marketing industry, with a focus on website designs, branding, and social media services.

Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business acumen.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven success in developing and implementing business development strategies.

Familiarity with the digital marketing industry, including website designs, branding, and social

media services.

Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and business intelligence.

Track record of successfully closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
