Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our client base, and forge strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, market research, and revenue generation, with strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business objectives.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • X+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Industry knowledge in [your sector, e.g., IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare] is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
