Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts targeting new restaurants, cafes, and hospitality ventures in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the kitchen equipment or manufacturing sector, with a strong network within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with prospective clients, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves negotiating contracts, coordinating with the production team to ensure client satisfaction, and expanding our market presence.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field

* Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in commercial kitchen equipment or manufacturing industry.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* Strong understanding of the Pakistani hospitality market and client needs.

* Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
