Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for driving sales and cultivating corporate accounts in the travel and tourism industry? We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts and elevate our agency's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on projects, MICE in the travel and tourism sector
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Build and nurture strong relationships with old stakeholders clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results and surpass targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Provide regular reports on business development progress and market insights

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry in the United Arab Emirates
• Proven track record in business development, with a focus on E-Commerce project, MICE and high end leisure
• Strong network within the UAE and worldwide
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)

Additional Qualifications and Requirements (As Needed):

• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai travel and tourism market
• Experience in E-Commerce - OTA development project
• Familiarity with travel software and CRM systems
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
