Business Development Manager

· To do sales call

· Generate Leads for Fire Fighting and Plumbing Projects

· Get the required details for proposal preparation

· Submit Proposals

· Follow up for closures

· Daily reporting and updates

· Site Acquisition

· Hand holding and coordination of project team and customer as and when required while project execution.

· Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience from Fire Fighting / Plumbing / piping Market Segment/ Construction.

· Should be well versed in Fire Fighting / Plumbing Industry of the market (Pune Region / Navi Mumbai Region)

· Well versed with terms Fire Hydrant,, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler System / Plumbing / Piping, etc

· Should know about existing trends in the market

Should have Established contact sphere of Builders, Developers in real estate market, Project Management Consultant (PMC) , Architects, Fire Fighting Consultants, Plumbing consultants , Turnkey Civil Contractors, Infrastructure Companies, MEP Consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
