The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the target market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. - Track and report on business development activities and outcomes. - Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand contacts.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role. - Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners. - Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and a drive for results. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
