About the Role:
We are seeking a result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts, expand our client base, and develop strategic partnerships. This role requires leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of the logistics and courier market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies and sales plans.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with corporate and enterprise clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against targets.
  • Mentor and motivate the sales team for high performance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with top management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, preferably in logistics, courier, or e-commerce industries.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
