We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth by expanding our client base and strengthening partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors including infrastructure, real estate, smart cities, and industrial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with consultants, contractors, government bodies, and corporate clients.
  • Drive sales of lighting solutions, surveillance systems, and electrical automation services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Maintain accurate records of business activities, pipelines, and client communications in AI tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development / sales in electrical, automation, lighting, or infrastructure industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in handling large projects and institutional clients is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
