Business Development Manager

• Business Growth & Strategy
• Identify new business opportunities (corporate clients, clinics, hospitals, insurance companies, distributors).
• Expand the pharmacy’s footprint (branches, partnerships, franchising if applicable).
• Develop strategies for increasing sales (OTC, retail, wholesale, online).
• Client & Partner Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, suppliers, and insurers.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers / distributors.
• Secure corporate accounts (bulk supply of medicines, wellness packages, etc.).
• Sales & Marketing Support
• Work with marketing team to launch campaigns (health awareness, promotions, loyalty programs).
• Support e-commerce / online pharmacy growth if applicable.
• Analyze sales performance & develop improvement plans.
• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
• Stay updated on UAE laws (DHA, MOHAP, DOH regulations).
• Ensure partnerships & promotions comply with UAE health & pharmacy regulations.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare monthly revenue & business development reports.
• Provide market insights & competitor analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
