Role & responsibilities

  • Business Development & Key Accounts: Identify new clients and business opportunities across various sectors. Develop and manage key client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales & Marketing: Formulate sales strategies and marketing plans to expand market reach and revenue streams. Conduct competitor analysis and market studies to align business goals with industry trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication, efficient service delivery, and proactive resolution of issues. Track upcoming opportunities and manage pre-qualification submissions.
  • Project Planning & Management: Coordinate with technical and finance teams for project evaluation and bid preparation. Support formation of JVs/MOUs and maintain strong relationships with project authorities and consultants.
  • Techno-Commercial Operations: Oversee pre-bid, tendering, and post-bid activities. Provide strategic input on bid positioning and manage end-to-end bid processes to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, train, and mentor team members to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of EPC/infrastructure/project-based business environment.
  • Expertise in tendering, bidding, and government procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, tender portals, and CRM tools.
