Role & responsibilities
- Business Development & Key Accounts: Identify new clients and business opportunities across various sectors. Develop and manage key client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Sales & Marketing: Formulate sales strategies and marketing plans to expand market reach and revenue streams. Conduct competitor analysis and market studies to align business goals with industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication, efficient service delivery, and proactive resolution of issues. Track upcoming opportunities and manage pre-qualification submissions.
- Project Planning & Management: Coordinate with technical and finance teams for project evaluation and bid preparation. Support formation of JVs/MOUs and maintain strong relationships with project authorities and consultants.
- Techno-Commercial Operations: Oversee pre-bid, tendering, and post-bid activities. Provide strategic input on bid positioning and manage end-to-end bid processes to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Guide, train, and mentor team members to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of EPC/infrastructure/project-based business environment.
- Expertise in tendering, bidding, and government procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, tender portals, and CRM tools.
