Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Sales Strategy
  • Develop and implement a sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to position the company competitively.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and project management firms.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and drive repeat business.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
  • Generate qualified leads through research, cold calls, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and progress.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Coordination & Collaboration
  • Work closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
  • Support tender submissions, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of proven business development experience in the fitout, construction, or interiors industry.
  • Strong network and understanding of stakeholders in the UAE / GCC (or relevant market) interiors and contracting sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that achieve measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

SALARY+GOOD COMMISION WILL BE PROVIDED

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
