Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement a sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to position the company competitively.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and project management firms.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and drive repeat business.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Generate qualified leads through research, cold calls, referrals, and partnerships.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and progress.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
- Support tender submissions, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of proven business development experience in the fitout, construction, or interiors industry.
- Strong network and understanding of stakeholders in the UAE / GCC (or relevant market) interiors and contracting sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that achieve measurable results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
