We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can manage sales, operations, and administration effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and results-driven — someone who can bring in new clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and approach new clients in insurance, financial, and real estate sectors.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Oversee and support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare client proposals, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Generate performance reports and share insights with management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
