The role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic business plans for project assets, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and profitability targets. Key responsibilities include planning and executing the inventory strategy ensuring the desired sales pace is achieved, conducting feasibility studies, managing inventory pricing and performance, and optimizing business development processes through automation and policy improvements. The position also involves driving the financial and operational performance of new development projects, collaborating with senior leadership to provide strategic insights, and ensuring timely approvals and adherence to the company process. This individual will play a crucial role in driving growth, enhancing market share, and supporting the company's overall success through effective project management and strategic planning.

Knowledge about the UAE property market and trends/survey, ROI, Real Estate Development, with Sales Experience in the Real Estate sector.

  • Develop business plans for projects and obtain necessary approvals to back the authorized plans and implementation strategies.
  • Perform analysis for projects during the pre-concept and/or concept phase to aid decision-making by stakeholders.
  • Set pricing for projects available for sale; oversee project inventory management systems and report on inventory performance to ensure alignment with the Company’s business objectives.
  • Design and implement process automation or policy optimization tools for Business Development, as well as commercial initiatives that enhance daily operations and analytical capabilities within the department.
  • Establish and manage the fee structures for property assets that align with and support the broader profitability framework.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by overseeing strategic planning, project management, and financial control of new development projects, ensuring top-tier standards of quality.

Create and execute targeted plans that support the Company’s objectives, boosting operational effectiveness, market presence, and goal attainment.

  • Build customized financial and business models from market insights and stakeholder feedback to drive growth and profitability for the company.
  • Adhere to and monitor company process for business plan approvals; ensure timely submissions to meet internal deadlines and support rollout timelines.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide comprehensive insights into the project, including design and development rationale, financial and profitability metrics, market positioning, potential risks, and suggestions for mitigation.
  • Generate detailed reports (e.i Exception Reporting) for management to facilitate well-informed decision-making.
  • Instrumental in shaping the company’s CRM system with knowledge of Sales Force or relevant CRM systems and Power BI presentations.

Requirements : Bachelors degree

Experience : More than 6years of experience in real estate as Business Developement Manager.
