Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE fit-out market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Collaborate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain an updated pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of proven experience in business development within the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out and construction market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong network of industry contacts in UAE is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
