Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at FlapKap, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy within the UAE market. This position requires a strategic thinker with a robust sales acumen who can build relationships with potential SME clients and identify opportunities for partnerships. You will be responsible for leading efforts to acquire new clients, maximizing revenue, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and convert potential SME clients within the UAE market.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales metrics, presenting insights to leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the UAE SME landscape and key market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and performance metrics analysis.
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
