Business Development Manager

• Must have proven experience in the construction industry in the UAE.
• Strong capability in securing projects from clients, consultants, and through online tendering/quotation platforms.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Well-versed in cost controlling, project pricing, and commercial evaluation.
• Strong capacity to lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve assigned targets.
• Arabic speaking is mandatory; English proficiency is required.
• Good understanding of the UAE construction market, consultants, and contracting procedures.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000
• Attractive commission structure based on performance
