Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time

Mystic Advertising is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and fuel the agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover
  • Track sales performance and meet or exceed monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Prior experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confident, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site role
