Business Development Manager

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service teams for smooth onboarding of clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance to management
