Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of the Dubai FM market and a proven track record in securing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business in UAE FM sector
• Build relationships with developers, real estate firms, and corporate clients
• Handle proposals, costing, tenders, and negotiations
• Achieve revenue targets and support business growth
• Ensure smooth project handover to operations

Requirements:

• 5–12 years BD experience in Dubai FM
• Strong understanding of hard & soft FM services
• Proven contract closing record
• Existing UAE client network
• Valid UAE Driving License (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
