Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on acquiring new business, closing high-value digital marketing and IT
service deals, and managing a hybrid sales team across the Tricity region.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
● Identify, target, and onboard new clients for digital marketing and IT services
● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-ticket deals
End-to-End Sales Management
● Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to invoicing and payment follow-ups
Team Leadership
● Recruit, train, mentor, and manage field and office-based sales executives
● Monitor performance and improve conversion ratios
Target & Revenue Growth
● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
● Increase average deal value through upselling and cross-selling
Client Relationship Management
● Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
CRM & Reporting
● Maintain accurate CRM data
● Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Internal Coordination
● Coordinate with digital marketing, development, and management teams for smooth project execution
and client satisfactionRequired Skills & Qualifications
● Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills with a proven deal-closing track record
● Knowledge of Digital Marketing Services, website development, and ERP/CRM solutions
● Leadership Experience managing field sales teams
● Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
● Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within Chandigarh, Mohali, and nearby areas
KPIs & Performance Metrics
● Monthly and quarterly revenue achievement
● Team conversion ratio improvement
● Growth in repeat and upsell revenue
● Client satisfaction and retention
