Business Development Manager

Job Description:

· Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM

· Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

· Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

· Responsible to generate leads, develop client relationships and offer product demonstration to education the client about the product.

· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

· Prepare monthly sales plan

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target assigned by the management

Any other task assigned by the Management.

Job Specification:

· Should Have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field

· Proven Work experience of 5-7 years in IT industry in the similar position.

· Proven working experience of business development in Software Industry.

· Should be able to work effectively as an individual as well as contribute towards team efforts.

· Proven sales track record.

· Experience in customer support is a plus.

· Market knowledge/Competitor knowledge.

· Time management and planning skills.

· Ability to achieve assigned sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Software solutions sales (HCM/ERP): 3 years (Preferred)
