Business Development Manager

Revenue Leadership

· Drive overall team revenue targets and ensure sustainable growth

· Develop monthly and quarterly sales strategies aligned with business objectives

· Ensure consistent pipeline generation and healthy conversion ratios

· Personally support and close strategic or high-value accounts

2️ Team Development & Performance Management

· Lead and manage a team of field sales executives

· Set clear KPIs, activity benchmarks and performance standards

· Conduct structured daily/weekly performance reviews

· Provide on-field mentoring, pitch correction, and negotiation coaching

· Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans

· Build a high-accountability and high-performance sales culture

3️ Market Expansion & Territory Strategy

· Define and allocate territories, industry segments, and client categories

· Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets

· Monitor competitor landscape and recommend strategic positioning

· Ensure strong local market presence and brand visibility

4️ Sales Operations & Governance

· Maintain strict CRM discipline and reporting accuracy

· Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and closures

· Monitor collections and ensure healthy cash flow cycles

· Provide structured forecasting and management reporting

· 5–8 years of B2B field sales experience

· Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience

· Demonstrated ability to build and scale revenue teams

· Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills

· Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, communication solutions, or technology sales preferred

· Data-driven mindset with structured reporting discipline

High ownership, leadership maturity, and execution excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
