Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services sales, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset to expand IBIX Global Tech’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughlead generation, networking, and market research
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
- Pitch IBIX Global Tech’s services to potential clients and convert leads into long-term customers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to propose suitable solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients during the sales and onboarding process
Market & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to sales strategies and business expansion plans
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and online platforms (LinkedIn, email outreach, etc.)
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and deals in CRM or tracking tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role (preferably in IT / software services)
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling services in GCC, Middle East, or international markets
- Knowledge of SaaS, web/app development, cloud services, or IT outsourcing
- Existing network of potential clients or partners
