Job Overview

Al Falah Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective client engagement and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Present, promote, and sell property solutions to potential buyers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends
  • Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property or real estate sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary & Benefits

  • PKR 80,000 – 120,000 (based on experience)
  • Attractive performance-based incentives

Working Details

  • Days: Saturday to Thursday
  • Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
