Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to join one of our clients in KSA and drive new business growth across Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on winning new clients, building senior-level relationships, and positioning our staffing solutions within the Digital & Technology sector.

You will be responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term accounts, and working closely with delivery teams to ensure successful placements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and win new business within Digital & Technology across Saudi Arabia
  • Sell staffing solutions, including permanent hiring, contract staffing, and project-based resourcing
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level, HR, Procurement, and Technology leaders
  • Develop account plans for key clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations in Arabic and English
  • Understand client project requirements and translate them into staffing opportunities
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality talent delivery
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking forums


Target Clients

  • Government & semi-government entities
  • Digital transformation programs
  • Technology consultancies & system integrators
  • Enterprises undergoing cloud, data, cybersecurity, or ERP initiatives
  • Start-ups and scale-ups within the tech ecosystem


Requirements

  • Native or fluent Arabic; strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within:

o Staffing solutions

o Recruitment or contract staffing

o Technology services or IT consulting

  • Strong understanding of the Digital & Technology market in Saudi Arabia
  • Existing network within KSA (HR, IT, Digital, or Procurement stakeholders preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia


Desirable Experience

  • Experience selling into Vision 2030 programs
  • Knowledge of contract and project-based staffing models
  • Experience working with multinational or regional technology firms
