Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive outbound prospecting strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound sales or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel and pipeline management
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales (preferred)
  • Experience handling international clients
  • Knowledge of digital sales tools and automation platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
