Business Development Manager

About the Role

This is a player-coach role — not purely managerial. You will:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Sales Executives

Drive revenue growth across B2C & B2B channels

Personally close high-value corporate and university partnership deals

Strengthen pipeline management and conversion performance

You will report directly to the Managing Partner and play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

Lead end-to-end B2B corporate sales cycles (banks, financial institutions, MNCs, accounting firms)

Build and negotiate strategic university (B2U) partnerships

Own and optimise the full sales pipeline using CRM

Generate accurate forecasts and performance reports

Support regional expansion initiatives (UAE & KSA)

✅ What We’re Looking For

8–10 years of progressive sales/business development experience

Minimum 2 years managing a sales team

Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals

Experience in education, professional training, or financial services is preferred

Strong CRM experience (Odoo is a plus)

Professional English proficiency & Arabic fluency

Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
