A leading global chemical and building materials company is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager – Riyadh. Drive sales, build key relationships with contractors, designers, and architects, and expand the company’s footprint across Saudi Arabia.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with construction or interior fit-out experience to expand the Profilpas product range in Saudi Arabia, building relationships with contractors, designers, and architects while supporting sales growth.


Key Responsibilities


• Support the commercial team in promoting and selling the Profilpas product range to contractors and interior fit-out companies.

• Promote and specify the Profilpas range to interior designers, architects, and FF&E consultants.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with product specifiers, including designers, consultants, and architects.

• Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities, determining whether they should be handled directly or through resellers.

• Manage relationships with existing resellers in coordination with the Distribution Manager and identify potential new resellers or sub-resellers.

• Generate and share qualified sales leads with the Sales Team, ensuring proper coordination and follow-up.

• Develop partnerships with dealers of complementary products such as tiles, stone, flooring, wall coverings, and sanitary ware.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities with other product lines including Ceramic, Resilient, and Flooring solutions.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic business decisions.

• Collaborate with the Regional Line Manager to define product portfolio strategies and market positioning.


Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven 7+ experience in business development or sales within the construction, building materials, or interior fit-out industry.

• Strong network with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers in KSA is an advantage.

• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
