Business Development Manager you will be an ambassador for the SHL brand, advising on best practice solutions and developing C-Level relationships, within the Middle East territory.

This role is based in Riyadh, successful candidates will be Saudi National. Hybrid working is available.
What you will be doing:- Business Development & Revenue Growth - Own and grow a new-business pipeline in Saudi Arabia
- Lead the full end-to-end sales cycle: opportunity identification, needs diagnosis, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closure

Collaborate with internal consulting and product teams to provide insight-led guidance to customers, enabling them to transform their talent practices.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities, developing relationships with C-Suite executives, crafting and presenting solutions, converting ‘conversations to contracts’

Execute a Saudi-specific go-to-market strategy aligned with SHL’s global objectives
What we are looking for from you:Essential:- Successful B2B product or solution sales in the Enterprise sector
- Experience and confidence with C-Suite negotiations and directing the sales process

Proven experience selling into Saudi government or large enterprise environments

Strong understanding of local procurement processes and stakeholder dynamics
- Language – Fluent Arabic and English

Saudi National
Desirable:- Experience in SaaS, analytics, or consulting solutions

Sales experience within HR Technology
