We’re Hiring: Head of Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Leader to drive growth and manage sales operations in the mortgage finance sector .

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell mortgage finance products including purchase, Ijarah, and portfolio acquisition

• Lead and manage all sales channels

• Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales

• Background in Leasing, Mortgage Finance, or Corporate / Retail Banking

• Credit Certification is a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer focus skills

• Fluent English
