We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Digital Marketing division. We are looking for dynamic professionals with a strong background in sales, client engagement, and international business development, particularly within the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in international markets to promote digital marketing services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Generate qualified leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and targeted email outreach
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing or IT company)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SMM, PPC, and content marketing
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team
