Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our services, including business setup, accounting outsourcing, and consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
  • Promote and sell business setup, accounting outsourcing, and consulting services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Develop partnerships and referral networks.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in any managerial role.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Knowledge of business setup, accounting, and consulting services is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
