Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead business growth initiatives, foster and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring an impressive portfolio and extensive experience within the insurance brokerage industry in the UAE, with a particular focus on Abu Dhabi.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, preferably within insurance broking or the broader insurance industry in the UAE.
• Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of insurance products across all lines of business, including Medical, Motor, and General (Non-Motor) Insurance.
• Local Expertise: At least 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE market.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a strong aptitude for sales.
• Additional Requirements: Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Proficiency in Arabic (an added advantage)
