Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Fleet Rental

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 10,000 – 13,000 + Attractive Commission

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and expand our client base in the heavy equipment rental sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals for fleet rentals on monthly, quarterly, and yearly contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors

Promote and sell rental services for heavy equipment, including:

Cranes

Excavators

JCB (Backhoe Loaders)

Bobcat (Skid Steer Loaders)

Front-End Loaders

Scoop Tramps / Dump Trucks

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors

Negotiate rental contracts (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects

Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies

Coordinate with operations for equipment availability and delivery

Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

3–5 years of experience in equipment rental/fleet leasing / construction sales

Strong knowledge of heavy machinery and the rental market in UAE

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

UAE driving license (preferred)

Ability to work independently and under pressure
