Sales Specialist – Packaging and Printing

Job Description:

Sales Specialist – Printing & Packaging is responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing opportunities within the printing and packaging segment. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, understanding client requirements, and positioning tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

The position plays a key role in supporting revenue generation by managing client engagements, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to the successful conversion of opportunities into commercial agreements.

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within printing and packaging markets
  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to expand market presence
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Generate, manage, and track sales opportunities through CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and ensure timely progression of deals
  • Prioritize opportunities based on volume, value, and strategic fit

Client Engagement and Solution Positioning

  • Engage with clients to understand printing and packaging requirements (specifications, volumes, timelines)
  • Propose appropriate solutions, materials, formats, and production options
  • Prepare and support quotations, proposals, and commercial offers

Sales Execution and Deal Support

  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiations and closing activities
  • Work closely with senior leadership to finalize commercial agreements
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities
  • Identify opportunities for product diversification and business growth

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery
  • Align on production capacity, material availability, and delivery schedules

Minimum Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of printing processes, packaging materials, and production workflows

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Strong new business development and client acquisition skills
  • Knowledge of printing technologies and packaging solutions
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into commercial offers
  • Experience in quotation preparation, pricing, and negotiation
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM usage
  • Ability to coordinate with production and supply chain teams

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Printing & Packaging or related or manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
