Role Overview

As an Investment Real Estate Sales Agent, you will work with local and international investors, advising them on high‑return opportunities across Abu Dhabi’s most strategic communities. You’ll analyze market trends, present investment cases, and guide clients through the full acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of investors seeking profitable real estate opportunities.
• Conduct investment consultations, ROI analysis, and property presentations.
• Promote off‑plan and ready investment properties from leading developers.
• Stay updated on market trends, rental yields, capital appreciation, and new project launches.
• Negotiate offers and close high‑value investment deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and market expertise.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or investment advisory is preferred.
• Strong understanding of property investment concepts (ROI, rental yield, capital growth).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth clients and long‑term investors.
• High level of motivation, discipline, and goal orientation.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
